Clean lines, a subtle palette with precise pops of coral, al fresco dining beneath the stars, wish lanterns, and it goes on. North Fork inspired, this sophisticated soirée was hosted at Jennifer and Eric’s early 1900’s Mattituck home, catered by Ross Schaudel, and illuminated by East End lighting guru, Matt Murphy. Casual elegance done to perfection describes their day. Eucalyptus and Roses, Chiffon and Burlap, the slate rooftop and light dappled trees…the textures were spectacular! They enjoyed a specialty cocktail named The Hobbes after their adorable puppy, and offered pashminas for when the air began to cool at dusk. Guests were welcomed to The North Fork with Salt Water Taffy and Eric handcrafted stunning buoy cutting boards for everyone. The evening ended with good ol’ Briermere Pie served a la mode (with only the best, Magic Fountain homemade ice cream).
